Jenny Maharaj
About
Jenny studied B.A (Law) at the University of Durban Westville and graduated in 1973. Jenny was admitted as an Advocate and Attorney in Lesotho in the year 1980 and was also admitted as an attorney in South Africa in the same year. Jenny went on to be admitted as a Conveyancer in 1981 and as a Notary Public in 2005. Jenny is involved in the setting-up and maintenance of conveyancing structures, processes, and internal control as well as managing and supervision of the conveyancing department and staff. Strategic planning and strategy implementation on all the marketing for the Department. Attending to the full spectrum of conveyancing transactions and commercial conveyancing matters including general transfers, opening registers of sectional transfer developments with simultaneous transfers, drafting and the creation of title deed conditions for new Townships. Opening Township registers and attending to all municipality requirements under PDA legislation.
