Sneh completed her LLB degree full-time in 2018 at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Sneh commenced articles in 2019 with Mothle Jooma Sabdia Incorporated, and further gained experienced as an Associate Attorney at HSG Attorneys, a Legal Advisor at PropWatch JV and Legal Advisor at PropSol JV and thereafter joined Jailall and Associates Incorporated in February 2022 where she now practices as an Associate Attorney. Sneh is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Labour Law at the University of Pretoria.

Sneh has worked on drafting of various contracts such as lease agreements, security contract agreements, sale agreements, servitude and notarial deed of servitude agreements and has further experience in company law and disputes, debt collection, labour law, environmental law, property law, RAF litigation, administrative law, drafting of pleadings for matters in the Magistrates and High Court. Sneh is familiar with the High Court practice directives in various jurisdiction, particularly in Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal. Sinethemba works closely with counsel, both Junior and Senior on various High Court matters. Sinethemba has a working knowledge of various legislation which includes, but is not limited to, the Companies Act, Insolvency Act, National Credit Act, Consumer Protection Act, National Environmental Management Act, Labour Relations Act, Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act. Sinethemba has strong researching and analytical skills and takes a keen interest in the investigations carried out by the firm. Sinethemba has litigated a matter up to the High Court dealing with the interpretation of national legislation.
